Afternoon tea in Sidmouth …

One of our favourite places to have afternoon tea in Sidmouth is The Victoria Hotel:

Why? Because this is the view from your table (if you sit on the terrace):

And if you want to exercise off the “cream tea” calories – you can play mini golf

On the other hand … if you’re feeling lazy you can watch someone else play mini golf …

OOhhh. You have mountains by your beaches. Very pretty. And seagulls, they’re the same everywhere, we always smirk when we see people feeding the gulls – yankee tourists who don’t know any better until they are totally swarmed by them. Then it’s like Hitchcock’s “The Birds”
